These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of Fynder, an event discovery and social networking platform serving users, attendees, organizers, brands, communities, and hosts in Pakistan. By using Fynder, you agree to these terms.
Fynder enables users to discover nearby events, create and host events, manage invitations, connect with attendees, chat with organizers, receive notifications, and access related event services offered through the platform.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account or using platform features. You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and for activities carried out under your account.
You agree not to misuse the platform, post false or misleading event information, impersonate others, violate applicable laws, interfere with platform operations, upload harmful content, or use Fynder for spam, fraud, harassment, or unlawful promotion.
Event organizers are responsible for the accuracy of listings, ticket or pass details, venue information, schedules, updates, capacity, pricing, entry terms, and communication with attendees. Fynder may assist with discovery and promotion, but the organizer remains responsible for the underlying event experience.
Attendees are responsible for reviewing event details before booking, registering, or attending. Participation in events, networking spaces, and user interactions is at the attendee’s own discretion and risk.
Fynder may offer paid event listings, promotion packages, organizer tools, subscriptions, access passes, or related digital services. Prices, fees, taxes, and billing terms shown at the time of purchase apply to that purchase unless otherwise stated.
Users and organizers retain responsibility for the content they submit. By posting content on Fynder, you grant Fynder a non-exclusive right to host, display, distribute, promote, and process that content for platform operations, discovery, and related marketing connected to the service.
Fynder may review, suspend, edit, reject, limit, or remove listings, accounts, messages, or content that violate these terms, create legal risk, damage platform trust, or harm users or communities.
Some features may depend on third-party tools such as payment processors, analytics providers, maps, messaging systems, or embedded media. Fynder is not responsible for third-party systems outside its control.
We aim to keep the platform available and useful, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Features may change, pause, or be discontinued without prior notice where operationally necessary.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fynder is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or event-related losses resulting from use of the platform, attendance decisions, organizer actions, user interactions, or third-party service failures.
You agree to indemnify and hold Fynder harmless from claims, damages, or disputes arising from your misuse of the platform, your content, your event operations, or your breach of these terms.
These terms apply to platform use connected with Pakistan-focused operations and audiences, subject to applicable laws and regulations that may apply to the user, organizer, or transaction.
We may revise these terms when platform features, business practices, or legal requirements change. Continued use of Fynder after changes means you accept the updated version.
